Purchased a central vac system through Super Vacuum of Rochester. These guys were great! Todd the installer came out worked very hard to put the system in and gave great advise in certain areas. Todd is great to work with! I found their prices to be better as compared to the internet. I would recommend buying local vs the internet hands down. I have had 2 problems with the power head they sold me. They have taken them back no questions asked and replaced them. If you don't have central vac...I would put it in. Its so much better than uprights.

The vacuum I bought is of far superior quality than anything we ever owned, ever the pricer ones from the big box stores. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest, and the customer service and repair are tops. Prices are fair, good selection, and the products excellent. Highly recommended.

Great experience!!!!!!!!!!! I went in to buy a belt for my cheap dirt devil. They knew exactly what i needed and even put it on for me! While they were putting my belt on i was looking at their vacuums. The guy there showed me everything about their vacuum. I was blown away! I cant believe i kept buying those cheap china machines while they had AMERICAN MADE!!!! I bought 1. its the best vacuum ive ever used!!!!!!!! I will most likely get one for my daughter as a gift for christmas!! Supervacuum rules!
